Oh my god, the last bit hit me so hard. I've been loving this little series, but this is the best so far. Poor Draco - he's trying so hard and everything's still so bad for him. And fucking Snape... I guess it's good he took the plans to the Order, but why so cryptic? Couldn't he do more to help Draco?

I don't think there really was too much Snape could do except say "Hey, I'm a spy for the Order. Want to come to our side?" (Which would be an extreme security breach.) And even if he did, Draco, being who he is and with how much Harry hurt him, probably wouldn't have gone to the Order. His name and family are all that he has left, and while Slytherins are very much into that self-preservation bit, they have their own kind of honour and obligation as well.
