The priority was on getting the largest number of people power; because of the way that Capitol Hill's been built and rebuilt, there's a small "corridor" powered by a lateral feeder - that is, it branches off a main line and just runs down for a few buildings.

Given that tasty_ghoul is on the same feeder and now has power, I'm sure she has power. So the Wrath of Aramada is back. :)

::nods:: Apparently, the number of people on this "lateral feeder" (I'm not sure what that means, and I'm pretty damn sure that neither did the woman I was talking to at City Light) wasn't high enough to be a "priority" number.
