Even though I got very lost on the way there.... NMA were fantastic last night, as was the company!  Bouncy Paul made sure I didn't get squashed and we kept grinning at each other all the way through the gig.  He really is the best person to see the Army with, he likes standing down the front and he's as excitable as me!  It's got to rate as one of

It was weird not having you and a lot of the other regulars from Up North there last night, and I haven't seen bouncy Paul for a couple of years which is a crying shame! It was good last night too, but you get to do Holmfirth which I think of them all I'm going to miss that gathering the most... please hug everyone from me... we miss all of you xxx

Aw that's sweet! Thanks. I was hoping you were coming to this one and it'll be weird not seeing you there with the rest of the Northern lot. I'll make sure I pass on your hugs though!

Sat was great, venue and gig reminded me of the one they did in Preston a couple of years back, small and sweaty!

Hope Paul has a great time, really fancied that trip but impossible to make (wrong timing as well as getting the cash together so soon after our cars etc). We just keep missing him :)
