This was brought to my attention in sociology class. Please help this man. Read up on this case. Do you think it is fair? I really hope something can be done to help him. Also, I lived in Bloomington Normal for a summer once. I doubt that I will be of any help, but if you ever have any questions about the city, there's a vague chance that I might have an answer.
