Brother Rick just moved in and has overtaken my household with brightly colored wires and talk of Final Fantasy. I am overjoyed. We're going to go watch people break things on their head.

Our offer on a lovely Spanish Springs home has been accepted. In ninety days I will have my permanent residence.

So we have a guy here at my workplace working on a collection of bass amps that had a malfunction. He from England and this is his first time to the States. I went out with him on Saturday night, happily giving him the impression that the US is comprised mostly of badly dressed gamblers driving vintage cars. Danielle has a new baby girl, Nora. And today is Dani's birthday, Happy Birthday! Let's break out the celebratory gelatin and chicken broth! (c-sections are rough!)

Yesterday my favorite mexican cohort Danny became a daddy to a beautiful baby boy. Welcome to the world, little Diego!

When a program on my 'puter gives me an error stating "catastrophic failure" It's probably not good, no?

7:50am and I'm already sweating profusely.

- Hoo boy. The house I've been so engrossed in fixing up to sell surprised me with a new (major) problem. Actually, an old problem.
