Klaus Nomi was known in the 80's for a number of things..... from performing with Bowie, to his cover of "You Don't Own Me" to his eclectic fashion style. Sadly, he passed in 1983 from complications due to AIDS, cutting short his burgeoning pop career. He always reminded me of the guy that was in Caberet with Liza Manelli :)
