Thank you. I feel like we see so many fics - and I've written a few myself - focusing on Giles' family through his father and even his grandmother but no one else. So I had this idea of his mother not wanting her son to be a watcher, of being afraid of what being an active Watcher meant and also I had this idea of her reading the tarot. And then this fic just wrote itself.
