Well, it looks like starting tomorrow I might have to start posting to customers_suck.

I have a job in customer service. :P I now work for Atlantic Superstore (for those not familar/not Canadian) it is a Canadian chain grocery store.

Anyhow, yay! I start tommorrow. :) It's only part time. D:

Be careful with that community. I had a bad experience with them, where the people there didn't think my story was bad enough or something and therefore gave me shit for it. Worse yet, the admin/mod didn't seem to care. o_o;

Yeah, they are kinda crazy. =/ It's just because alot of people tend to fake stories, which suck for those of us who really just want to vent!

or rather lets hope your company is better than those whose customers centers I had to deal with recently.

I don't get violent that's for sure

but I had to deal with Orange after not having i-net for 6 weeks

or last week with FedEx when they refused to deliver my birthday present
