Yeahhh, sometimes I don't feel bad at all that I didn't graduate. Everyday I face the sad fact that having the stupid piece of paper doesn't mean you know anything. Least of all, how to use your own brain.

I say just get used to it now as a fact of life. You'll have to deal with these jerkwads in the 'real world' and they just don't go away. You'll perpetually have to clean up after their incompetence. The best you can hope for is to recommend to your boss (because your boss will recognize your ability) that they be promoted out of the engineering department and into the business center. So while those dopes are making more money playing with excel and word and overall being harmless, you'll be stuck in the engineering department because your boss doesn't want to give up his very small group of engineers that actually know what they're doing.

Cynical, but essentially true for the large corporations. Less room for dead weight for small companies, which is why I want to try and work in that small company environment.
