I totally agree with all of that. I was so very very worried that it wouldn't be nearly as good as it was in my head. You articulated it all wonderfully. And Scott Westerfeild quote is so very very true :) And the quote sounds very Sarah to me as well!

Like new and strange fireworks in the sky, Rees Brennan's debut novel is full of shimmery marvels and bountiful thunder.
