Early birthday fic for yomimashou!
I wanted to be able to post this on yomimashou's actual birthday, because we won't be doing anything special that day since we're celebrating a little tomorrow and then more when we're in Yokohama for JUMP this weekend, but this week gets crazy busy for me after today, so... The first section with baby Namikiyo was just too cute ; A ; Nine year old Namikiyo saying he’d rather have Saiga than all the parents in the world ;~~~; So cute.
I really love how you can see how much Saiga cares about him, throughout the whole fic ♥ I also really liked the little bit of Shisui shown through Namikiyo’s eyes, as “the person Saiga-sama has chosen to have by his side.” ♥♥
And the last scene is so moving ;~~~; Seeing Namikiyo’s thoughts about the whole story, and both of them crying and affirming how they’re family no matter what ;___; So cute ;~; Thank you so much for writing this for me ♥

Baby Namikiyo is so adorable |D And then him growing up and realizing the toll the war is taking, even if he's ever the optimist about it ;; and then the last part where Saiga tells him about his parentage ;~~~; You can really see through each section how Saiga has been there for him for so long and how strongly he feels about Namikiyo, and how Namikiyo feels about him, so then the end where Namikiyo tells him he feels the same is so sweet <3 They're so great <3
