Been meaning to ask you - do you think the Carmen Electra DVDs are any good? Been thinking of getting one for C, since she's been going on about her stomach as well :)

I've got one and didn't like it that much. It was okay, but I find a swiss ball is just as effective because it really works your stomach muscles. Mine are so sore from giving them a workout, which means one they are working and two I'm not hurting my back in the process.
I found I worked more of my legs with Carmen Electra than my stomach.
