Sigh. When you're not single, you miss it sometimes, but I know that it feels good to have someone to go to to talk, to get free hugs and kisses from, that kind of thing...It all comes in time. If you're desperate, boys get weirded out, I think. I don't suppose you've reached that point yet, but despite how much you want a boyfriend, you wouldn't get the "full impact" if you started going out with someone just because they were there. It's a rough age...Getting to know people from different schools and putting your shy-ness aside would be one way to get to know boys from around.
