I decided to continue and add to my baking adventures this year, by messing up three entire batches of stollen. here's how

The first time I baked stollen (and I want your recipe, btw - and I'll post mine later), I don't know what I didn't do right, but most of both loaves ended up being fed to Lora's roommate's dog.

This years loaf was ok - I finished eating it today - a little dry, I thought.
