RIP to an old freind in a stupid way

One of the guards who I have known for many years was killed on the railway yesterday, crushed between 2 carriages in a shunting incident. Its only just sinking in, I'm glad I wasn't there yesterday. I really feel for his family and those who were close to him. I don't know of any of the details but I suspect it was a stupid and unnecessary death
