Christmas was so nice this year! My book was out and I could really relax and enjoy seeing my family. Also, I got terrific presents.

Oh, and I had this dream I was looking for a jigsaw puzzle at the thrift store because Dade wanted one and in the dream he was mad at me, and only one I could find was this truly hideous 70s puzzle and brown tones of an owl wearing glasses and a mortar board.

I am totally a cutting-edge hipster with my ukulele, yes. Although I read about it in some indie magazine so... I'm not really ahead of the game.

Mandolins are awesome! I think a banjo or accordion would be my ultimate awesome nerd instrument. But, the ukulele is supposed to be easy. I'm all about that right now.
