So.. kirsten, whats with the car repair? again? (because yes, i spent all morning in a car repair waiting room... AND i forgot my knitting and rosary making bag so i was BORED!!!!)
We're having our new-to-us car fixed up by the dealer right now, too. It's supposed to be AWD and it isn't. So Juniper is making them fix it because the whole reason we got the thing is that we need 4WD in the winter and we live down a gravel road so it's helpful anyway.
They actually tried to tell him that putting it up on a hoist and spinning the tires proves that it works. Um, he just went in the ditch last week because it doesn't work, and that test doesn't prove anything except that the tires spin.
Yeah, I don't know the specifics. I know that they are insisting it works and that there is no way to choose to turn it on yourself it's one of those automatic deals (unlike our truck). So we'll see.
At least they fixed some of the other stuff that got buggered from the ditch visit. (Rear bumper came loose and one of the plates on the bottom that protect things there came off.)
