Maybe keeping "business hours" for schoolwork/homework? "Between X and Y is time that I would normally be at an office, its my productive time, and I NEED to use that time for work. PERIOD. The only exception is for doctor appointments."

Then stick to it. Easier said than done, I know. *hugs*

circadian rhythms are funny aren't they? When I was writing my book I couldn't get my head together to start writing before 1pm. Research? no probs. Gossiping online with my friends? No worries! but actual book writing? Had to wait till after 1pm. Go figure eh?

post a big schedule up with blocks of time scheduled out? so maybe if wayne sees that you do, in fact, have time scheduled for him (or cleaning or whatever has him so antsy) he will let you work when you need to?
