Sick with sickness

The sick has progressed from "Omigod I feel awful" to "I think I have re-cracked my previously cracked rib from coughing. The cough medicine isn't working. Please God kill me now. Chills. And normally good stuff tastes bad."

I have, however, just been told that several of my friends are facing worse health
