I don't know about Mozy, but I know that Carbonite is a backup site, not a hosting site. In other words, you can put files on Carbonite, and when/if the computer fries, you can retrieve them. You can't use files stored on Carbonite to display images on etsy.
It is very useful, and will back up files as you use and save them, but your computer needs to be internet connected to have the backups happen. this page has some explanations/answers.

What do you want your banner to look like? If you have a pretty good idea, or could point me at a couple of banners that you really like, I can maybe work something up for you.
Not sure if this could be an issue but there are some hosting sites and storage sites who don't allow inline linking or hotlinking. This is when content such as images are stored on a site outside your hosting site then linked to from the hosting site (your web page.)
