I know it doesn't help a lot, but at Dorian's, we do have volunteers dedicated to helping vendors load in and out. Same for Wicked.

I remember doing a show two days after having 15 teeth pulled. You do it. You smile and all you want to do is crawl into your bed and cry....

My first thought, reading this, was, "Geez, I should shut up about my dental stuff," but then I remembered that this isn't a competition. (I'm not saying you come across as competing. You don't. You have clearly gone out of your way to not make this a competition.)

I'm sorry you are in pain. I wish I could wave a magic wand and make you be not in pain. I am truly sorry people say stupid things to you. If I ever do that, please feel free to whack me upside the head for being an idiot.

For adrenal and thyroid issues check out:

http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
http://thyroid.about.com/
http://nthadrenalsweb.org/

If you doctor tells you that your TSH levels are "normal" tell him that those mean nothing and to get the tests described in the websites. Getting your thyroid and adrenals won't cure everything else but it will make you feel a hell of a lot better. Adrenal fatigue is reversible given time and the correct treatment. Natural thyroid hormone is also cheap and helps with a lot of issues as well. So does extra Vitamin D and magnesium. Good luck!

I hadn't read through the comments before I posted my own--we were thinking on the same lines. My TSH level was normal for twenty years as I was suffering from fatigue, hair loss, sensitvity to cold, weight gain, until a new doc took a full history and said we're going beyond the TSH...
