Oh hell yeah, I know this one too well. Have enough quarters to catch up on laundry, have a couple of bucks worth of food stamps left, have lots of food, cat food, etc., but cash to go to the coffeeshop and hide from the all-day compressor noise and people stomping on the roof (pressure washing time, and it'll continue tomorrow)? Um, no.
But such a first-world problem to have, right?
Anyway, GoodThoughts that you sell lots and make lots of money!
Good Thoughts offered for inspiration, concentration, and remuneration!
(Long ago, I had a math teacher who used to say, before exams, "You may look down in concentration, or up in desperation, but not sideways for inspiration." I liked him.)
good luck and may you be as inspired as I have been tonight :) Made a bunch of barrettes that came out FABULOUS....I understand where you are moneywise---as I've been there the past couple of months. Bills are paid but nothing for anything else. I'm off to Panteria tomorrow....
So I went to your web site to look at it, and you have no pictures of your jewelry or anything up there! I was hoping to see if you might have appropriate rings. Or be able to create appropriate rings, for a reasonable price, in time to get them up here for our wedding at the beginning of July. Not that you have to, I was just wondering. Since we have no rings yet and I may be using my engagement ring (in my icon) as my wedding ring if we can't locate something that is the right shape to fit with it. So I figured I'd make a comment about it and maybe you can post some pics of what you do and how much you would charge and I can show them to my man here and maybe you will get a commission? He is way more important than I am, I am happy to stick with my eRing as a wedding ring.
lol. i am computer illiterate, but believe me i am working on getting that site back up.......
as for wedding rings... i set rings, but dont do my own casting. (i know people who do casting, btw, so if you want a custom BAND i know good people... and will refer you to them)
anything sold by RioGrande, Tripps, Silver Moon (trade name Shube's Manufacturing)or any other reputable company is something i can buy and re sell for cheaper than most stores... IF you see any prices at Tripps or Shube's, ignore them. they are retail, not what i pay at all....
i set stones. so anything you want, stone wise can be put in a band.. but most folks want plain metal for a wedding ring.
Sweet, I will tell the man and see. If you hear nothing more, it's because we shan't be doing a setting or he couldn't find anything he liked. But I will try to remember to tell you one way or the other. :)
