Tub, lots of hot water, and bubble bath!! Now!! No more cokes. The caffeine and sugar just makes you jittery. Chamomile tea or a nice merlot if you can have it.

I'm floored at all kinds of aspects to this story. Guess I'm glad you went in -- it helps remove any doubts about your story. I've been trying to think of something to say about all of this that doesn't repeat the nightmares I moved into in Cleveland with the gunfire on the near-west side and the ex who couldn't see what was wrong with that ... so I'll go away and keep my nightmares to myself, you've got your own share ... hugs! -- :D

i hate this neighborhood. its convenient to all sorts of things, but its just NOT good on teh nerves.
and they are building that casino now..... so who knows what THAT will do to us. we are not "close" but we are not far away either....
