One or two days of the dog eating human leftovers will not harm him/her, if you really don't want to go out.

even if i hadnt gone shopping, i suspect a group of stranded scadians could survive for a week or two on my pantry.

hypoglycemic, virgo, and pack rattish.... the main danger is finding out that the stuff has gone stale or been eaten by bugs, not actually running out of food.

the dog food, though, that worried me. i ended up paying some guys to dig out my car. just so i can go get dog food.

I opened the window to look out and my curious cat joined me. A few cold, wet flakes in his face, though, made him take cover.

Still in King of Prussia but the nice people at the hotel have plowed the parking lot so that most of the cars are free. You have to shovel out behind your car and get the snow off of it but MUCH easier than digging it out of the street.

When I get home, notsomuch. Apparently power has been out all over the place and they got at least 2 feet. More coming on Tuesday. Le sigh.

I've managed not to want to kill any kids yet. I'm pretty proud of myself.

I love NYC. Not so much snow. Bloody cold, though, even in the apartment... *brrr*

Hoping everyone who HAS been inundated, is fine!
