Yeah, that was an interesting set, taking the princesses dark. But then again remember the following; Unca' Walt was a FanFic writer, And the original stories of the classic tales were pretty darned dark.
indeed... although, having read the originals in many cases.... and the disney version.... and the "tales from the sisters Grimmer" versions.. i find that often the grimmer ones have more "message" left in them. in the original snow white is a complete doof.. stupid, stupid, stupid. but its kind of explicable when you remember she is supposed to have been.. what? 8? when she got taken out in the woods. i think snow white makes a great vampire... Tannith lee did that one. "skin white as snow.... lips red as blood"? uh.. yeah.
