ok, Good News: i have been confirmed as a dealer at Otakon in Baltimore, July 17th-19th. 
this  would mean either splitting the merchandise, or  not going to Southern Region War Camp, i do see most of those folks at Pennsic in any case.... and Otakon is indoors, in a hotel. which means less stress on my heat tolerance than an outdoor event.

as far as i know i get a 10x10 space with one table in it....

the show at anime boston did me well, and this one is bigger.... also its close enough that i might even be able to commute.

hmm...Having been to both Anime Boston and Otakon, whatever money you made at Anime Boston can very easily be doubled at Otakon. But more importantly, it's your health you should consider.

which is why Otakon looks so much better than outdoor camping events before pennsic....

If you can't get the cash for Otakon, bag everything until Pennsic. You're going to come off Otakon and have to pretty much spend the whole following week resetting everything for Pennsic anyway.

Indoors, WAY less physical stress and likely to make reasonable money... sounds like Otakon FTW, especially if you can drive and save the hotel costs... FWIW.
