I'm still on the fence about this. Someone pointed out to me yesterday that the Dursley's still sent Harry to school and they were wizard-haters in the most extreme way. I can't decide if Tobias would want to "stamp out" the magic in Severus or not. I'm thinking about having Snape have attended primary school.
