Oh, I completely agree. The way the writers are handling it is terrible. I hate that they're making her weak all of a sudden. She's only ever shown that sort of weakness and submissiveness around Puck. (Which, totally needs to stop, btw. Puck's a fucking dick.)
And Rachel was a big bitch for what she did. That was totally messed up of her to shut down my bb like that. :C

Well, I do loves me some bitchy Santana but I would like to see her softer side. I mean, c'mon, girl got a boob job because she "wanted to be noticed". That screams for some greater underlining plot for her. Just sayin'. But you're right, her being weak all of a sudden is off (though I love that Naya gets more emotions to act than just bitch 24/7). I agree, they should show her softer side. I like to do that with my San, actually. But there's soft and there's weak. In my mind, at least, they're not the same. (Totally agree on Naya's expressions though. She's an actor, I'm sure she can act more than just bitchy, writers. :P)
I don't know if I'd want San to smack Rachel, but she sure as hell deserved more than an eye roll and San walking out (or whatever happened).

You have a very legit point, soft and weak are totally not the same. (And how you rp your San is epic btw) I can just see things getting to a breaking point where soft can mesh into weakness, if only for a small amount of time. But knowing the Glee writing team, San probably doesn't have more going on other than: "Sex with Puck, Brittana lead on, Sex with Puck, Singing with Mercedes, BreadstiX obession, black mail Finnessa for a man and more popularity." :/

I think that could be a reason Santana DOESN'T show a softer side. If she's soft, there's always a possibility of something knocking her down and weakening her, and that's now how she likes to portray herself. And LOL that sounds about right for her. The writers only like to make a few of their characters truly three-dimensional and REAL.
(Also, I'm really glad you like how I play her. :D I'm always afraid it's not quite up to par with how bitchy people expect her to be. :P)
