I don't know how long i've been telling myself that i'm going to stop eating fatty foodz and start eating healthier but i can never stick to it. I really need to loose weight

Current Weight - 149 lbs
Lowest Weight - 125 lbs
Ultimate Goal Weight - atleast to 130 lbs

my friend is really good at telling herself not to eat something and if she gets a craving, for say a cookie, she'll take one bite, and that's it..i'm like how do you do it, i would want to eat the whole bag. shes on the low carb diet, she's lost so much weight! i would considering doing that, but i have no control and mmm i love carbs! but it's getting ridiculous
