Looks amazing! but all things I can't eat haha.

-Spaghetti (Whole Wheat Pasta)
-Veggie Meatballs (Located at TJ'S)
-Tomato Sauce
-Basil
-Oregano
-Parsley
-Mushrooms (only cuz i dont like them)
-Minced Garlic
-Olive Oil
-Sea Salt & Crush Black Pepper
-Parmigiano Reggiano (Crumbled and Fresh)
-Red Pepper Flakes

I can eat all veggies except nightshades like Potatoes, tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, eggplant, tomatillos, tamarios, pepinos, pimentos, paprika, cayenne, and Tabasco sauce. I can't eat starchy carbs like potatoes, breads, cereals, pastas (even wheat and gluten free for the most part), rice. No tomatoes, no strawberries. Nothing super fatty, high in sodium, or sugar. No alfalfa sprouts.

Basically I'm suppose to eat 9 servings of veggies a day and a lot of lean protein like fish and chicken. Blah haha.

But the biggest no nos are tomatoes, strawberries, peppers of any kind, and gluten
