Last year, I was very unprepared for my kids birthdays.  They came up so fast, and I was just birthday-ed out at that point, I didn't feel up to making cakes, decorations, and party games.  So this year, my plan was to plan way ahead and actually enjoy myself.  So far so good.  For my son's birthday (in a few weeks), I already have made the goody

Good job!! It looks like that cake uses ice cream cones for the tower. What a fun cake for a little girl!

Well, I haven't made it yet! That's the nice professional picture of what I am going to attempt to make for my daughter. lol. Hopefully mine turns out as nice... or at least doesn't topple over. :)

I was reading on my phone this morning and didn't catch that you are planning to make that cake! *facepalm* I'm sure it will turn out beautiful. Just don't burn it like Danny did that frittata. :p
