I really enjoyed this, thank you. I like me some Danny/Steve that's just that and nothing else. Can I ask one possibly really dumb question? Why is the water described as "icy"?

Thanks for reading and commenting! And your question isn't dumb at all. Having never swam in the Hawaiian ocean myself, I guess I can't really say how warm the water is. Maybe it's just my ignorance on the issue, but I always assumed the ocean would be rather cold. But you raise a good point! Perhaps it wouldn't be "icy" at all. :)

Well I'm in Australia myself and while that's a long, long way from Hawaii we share the same ocean. And they're a darned sight closer to the equator than we are, so yeah, would be nice and warm.
