hey andrew, you were in my dream last night. there was some church and you came and the whole youth group was trying to convert you and they ended up getting very angry and chasing you around peachtree, so you ran inside starbucks. which perhaps could be ironic, but i don't know you well enough to say for sure.

Lol, I hope that never actually happens. Ironically, I'm a mentor for 2 of the confirmation peoples (well, "christiant friend"). I just hope that I don't get some angry parents for thinking I'm trying to convert their sons to Buddhism or something...I was talking to them, and both of the really said they were just going through confirmation because their parents wanted to and theyd always come to church, not because they necessarily believed in Jesus. But I kepy my mouth shut. Cause it would be kind of wierd if the only 2 people who didnt get confirmed were mentored by the only person form the year before who didn't get confirmed.

that was probably a safe idea on your part, though it doesnt mean you shouldnt encourage pondering whether getting confirmed for the sake of their parents is worth feeling out of place and incredibly not genuine for all eternity (or at least until the end of my high school career...uh, i mean "their high school career"*)

i never for a christian friend...
why didnt i get one?
