Looking for Miranda or Melou

As usual, Lucivar is pacing through the Mansion, frowning a little, and searching intently. For who else but Miranda. Because whether it's just Jaenelle being calmer, or meeting some new and marginally interesting people, or trying to teach Anita how to use an Eyrien stick, he's in a good mood, and finally ready to see her again without snarling

Miranda is in her room, should he come looking there. She's kneeling on the floor, a book written in Italian opened on the floor in front of her. The door is open.

She looks embarrassed. "O! Ay. Lucivar. 'tis passing strange, if I may say it, to call you so."

He raises his eyebrows at her with a small smile. "Why?"

"I have not ever done it. It is strange."

[eyrienprince]

Lucivar eyes her and decides to try a tease. "Perhaps I'll have to call you Lady Miranda, then."

"An it pleased you," she says. Melou calls her my lady, after all.

Awwwww, well. We love Melou.

Lucivar's smile falters a little and he sighs, making a little face. "No, I think that I'd find strange."

"Can not we both call the other as it please us?"

[eyrienprince]

A pause, then a blink. Then wryly, "You know, Miranda, that makes an alarming amount of sense." It'd certainly be less tiring for him.

"Alarming, sir?"

[eyrienprince]

"Just embarrassing I didn't think of it."

"O, thou needst not be, sir!"

[eyrienprince]

"Miranda," he says with a sort of grin. "I sometimes don't know what to do with you."

"Do?"

[eyrienprince]

He shakes his head. "Never mind. You know...I think of you like a sister. That's probably it. Sisters are always confusing."

"Ay, sir?" she asks, sounding interested.
