Is it a dry qtip, or do you use water?

I wet the qtip and then squeeze the water out so it's just damp

I know it's gross and probably a terrible idea but I sometimes will just stick it in my mouth quick, or I'll use makeup remover.

This is simple genius. Tried it with a mechanical eyeliner pencil w/ similar results. So much easier that drawing it on! thanks!

I do that too! My problem is making the two eyes even, with the same angles of eyeliner (if that makes sense!)
