i would suggest a really pale face, very strongly contoured w/ a blue gray/blue green (or a mix of) matte eyeshadow.

then use the same color to do an over the top smokey eye, with false lashes and lots of mascara.

then very pale but defined lips (mac's chromagraphic pencil is good as a lipliner for something like that).

its like a glam zombie look. i did that for haloween last year and wore all black (dress, hose, boots) to go w/ it. :)

It's also not too complex - I wonder how well fine black eyeliner veins/cracks will hold up after a day at work.
