Can anyone suggest a highly pigmented blush and lipstick that would be bright pink in color? Almost a highlighter pink?

Lipstick - Barry M 54 (or 52) is a neon pink with amazing staying power. Otherwise, MAC 'Girl about Town'.

NARS has some blushes that sound like what you're looking for.

MUFE Star Powder comes in a NEON pink, that would work for the blush.

THANK YOU! this will be perfect because I'm sure I am mix the star powder with a clear gloss to create a lip color.
