Ok, so I've looked through tags and such..and I can't find anything. So I don't know if this is a random problem that just started happening or if this happens a lot ( Read more... )

Usually when that happens they are updating. I know they were just talking about some new releases recently so you might have to wait a little bit :(

I've peeked at their site structure and I think the way it's set up they have to do it that way. I have a feeling that changes don't automatically propagate to all pages so they probably have to change product info etc individually. /geek

The last update took a couple of days then it seemed like it straightened out. I ordered another handfull of those delightful lippies.

I was going to place a pretty big order two sundays ago, but have waited since that day because they were supposed to have been updating with new shadows an blushes. They still havent yet, although in the past two week they've update their site almost daily, prolonging the update. I contacted them about it, and they said the pictures they took of the new products came out pretty shitty, and they're in the process of re-taking new ones and will update the site HOPEFULLY by the end of the week! They've been having problems with the cart and contact us form lately too, which I also mentioned to them, and they're also in the process of fixing... Overall they're doing some huge updates. The site doesnt work randomly for me too at time, but if you give it about an hour it'll go back up. I think it really just does it when they're doing maintenance on the site.

Oh, yeah, they had said something about the new stuff and the pictures...hm.

Oh well, I hope everything is up and running soon! I'm anxious to try stuff!

This happens me from time to time - email them. Sometimes I can't access it for weeks at a time - apparently sometimes they batch add IP addresses to a spam blocker, and sme of them end up being residential IP's? That's what they told me anyhow, it was a real pain in the ass.
