the colored concealers can be a bit tricky. you just need to use a teeeeeeny bit on the tip of a brush and then pat it only on the darkest part of the circle. then layer your concealer over it in the same way and blend outward to the rest of the circle. you can even mix the 2 together a little if the color it creates isn't too weird.

here's the beauty of having a naturally tanned/darker skin my dark undercircle doesn't really have a definable colour its just dark
i'd say purpley bluey black?
make up forever gave me orange like bright orange not even salmon and told me to use that along with a concealer

Don't know if this will help or not but I happened to run into it last night. http://www.xanga.com/RiceBunny/667217161/basic-concealer-tutorial.html I think she might have another post about undereye circles but I can't remember when she posted it.

I agree with what's been said so far (personally, I use a yellow instead, because I have very purpley circles). However, I find that it's easier for me to apply and blend with the fingertip of my ring finger than a brush. I use a brush for everything else, but for undereye circles, I really like just using my fingertip.

One more thing! Make sure you're moisturizing first. I moisturize my eye area with a very heavy eye cream and then let it sit for a few minutes before applying anything else.

i moisturize with using benefit's eye cream.
ive been searching for eyecream and because i don't have wrinkles there yet, i don't feel like i need super fancy eye creams that are out there. try finding eye cream that doesn't have all the wrinkley mumbo jumbos.
but apparently, benefit's eyecon is to help with reducing dark circle....

i agree with you about finger tip! i started off with a brush then im like forget it then reach for my sanitizer then just use my ring finger. so much easier to blend
