I don't let it dry either. I also find it clumps. The look is nice; I really love the lip color on you. :)

I never let my mascara dry between coats, but if it happens I can usually straighten up the clumps with my fingers and a little make-up remover :D

ok, I don't want clumps. so, no drying of mascara between coats for me! I don't remember who told me to let it dry in between, but they must have been uninformed. =P
