creme base

What's the difference between a creme base and a more liquid one like L'oreal decrease? I just used a creme base for the first time and dont see much difference as far as my shadow color.

anyone know? i'll probably keep using it since thats what i have and i dont want to spend money if i dont have to, so just wondering the difference and your

Hmm, hard to say. I like UDPP because it doesn't crease, but it doesn't really make my colors show up any better. Gives my shadow staying power of course but yeah. So I like to actually put UDPP down, then a cream-ish base like a liner or cream shadow, and then my shadow.
