curiosity: how do you know if something is collector's or not? and how does that whole process work anyway

oooh pretty! i don't have sushi flower, but everytime i see it on someone i tell myself i need to get it.

i actually just put together my first 15 pan palette tonight. i have 2 l/e eyeshadows in it((Claire De Lune & Moth Brown)). But I depotted the Cranberry I got w/ Moonbathe, even though that's a permanent color. I personally don't care if they were limited edition. Because what different does it make? I guess I can understand if you're afraid b/c they might break, is that why you're asking? Seriously though if you just take your time, and don't press too hard when releasing the pan from the pot, you should be fine. I've done over 15 eyeshadows and I haven't broken a single one.

nah i'm a master depotter.
i'm not worried about breaking them. i'm just worried that the value would go down cuz if it's like collector's u know. but i realized that once u start using, the value goes down anyways lol
i just wanted to know what others did because i have my first 15 pan pallet and i'm thinking whether i should start another one. which would be determined by my l.e shadows

well i say if you think they're colors you'll use, then go ahead. if not and you think you'll sell them later, then don't bother.

because it's like anything, once it's opened and used it will always decrease in value.
