I should make doughy things more often. Last weekend, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the pizza dough I was making doubled as a wonderful punching bag (before I baked it, of course). Chopping really fresh vegetables is also strangely satisfying. So is smashing macadamia nuts with a wooden spoon (except that wasn't actually very effective at breaking the nuts into pieces when I tried it).
