I need to grab some Norway pics and make a few ... do you first download and crop the pics before using the Icon generator?

I loved making this set--there were so many gorgeous images, hence all the skies. I'm a sucker for a gorgeous sky!

Yes. I make the icons, upload them to Photobucket and then have the relevant sub album open along with the Icon generator. Then I copy/paste the direct link into the field of the generator. When I've filled up the fields, I hit 'generate code' and copy/paste that into the new post.

A set on Norway would be very cool indeed! :D
