You probably will want to start gathering the files, if that's the case. They are...around 10gb total. No torrent that I know of, but I hadn't bothered to check. And there's a limit to megaupload downloads per day, so unless if you tell me you've a paid account... yeah, start gathering. -o-

Man, I was already a sad panda at the voice acting I'd seen from the trailers. (With the exception of Fang, and in some cases, Lightning, almost all of them grated on my nerves throughout.) At least XII had great VAs, if nothing else. I really want to play FFXIII someday, but not at this sort of a cost. This makes it sound like Funi got a hold on a video game. -_-;

Well...that's not to say the localization was a bad game, just... the characters are a little different. Part of it probably has to do with awkward VA, since jap's always been more natural at those, but I digress. But the rest is purely dialogues problem, which affects characters. It is beyond me why they totally massacred dialogues. -.-

You...may not want to watch the jap version at all, if you plan to float around the fandom. Given that 95% of the whole fandom's probably played just the eng ver. >_>

Hrm...It seems that I missed this post of yours.

I've found myself a youtube channel which shows me the Japanese cut scenes. I've not seen all of it yet. However Light's character is portrayed a lot more softer in Japanese because of her intonations. But I will need more comparisons...and especially those in english. My japanese is extremely limited, XD

I can't find anywhere which actually gives me the japanese translation in english...care to help there? XDDDD

Not just softer. Warmer. And...yeaaah. She's actually more like a subtler version of hotheaded Snow...minus the idiocy and stuff, of course. And I can actually see more possibilities of romantic dynamics between Light and Fang, as compared to English version.

And, here. Might wanna use the jdownloader and wait for a couple days so you can watch a few chapters/all of it in one go. Good thing about that app is that it makes sure your dl doesn't die, since internet over there is...crap. :D
