For the first time in years I'm actually really tempted to read the books. But there's no way they'll be that good.

Hm. Maybe I will for context. This summer, when I have time.

*snort* I was at the bookstores recently, so I skimmed the last two books again - and no, they aren't. Oh, well. What is fanon for? 8D

And besides, if you google hard enough, there are probably some summaries of sort somewhere.

Oh, I'm sure. But I'll probably end up reading canon eventually just to see how fanon is fixing things. 'Sides, I read fast. Both books together should probably take me under three days.
