Yay Oxford! When I was there, it was right in the middle of their ten-year losing streak, so this makes me squee like a kiddy.

And yay for Sundays off too

What college were you at in Oxford? I remember the long losing streak they had, I dreaded watching the race each year.

Sundays should be a compulsory day off if you ask me.

I was at Pembroke -- 1993 to 1996. Oh the dark years!

Agreed about Sundays. They're kind of made for lazing about -- even God says so. (well, arguably.)

Have you enjoyed Ashes to Ashes? I only watched the first two episodes because I found it was nowhere near as fun as Life on Mars.. but sometimes these series get better as they go along.

I have enjoyed Ashes to Ashes. I agree that it wasn't as good as Life on Mars, but it was still quite entertaining to watch.
