An empty stomach is definately the best feeling in the world, it makes me feel thin and in control.

though i'm having trouble with my self control over junk food, has anyone got any tips for me?

I like to keep a good amount of oranges on hand to use as a snack I guess you can say. Try not to have any junk food in the house at all and be sure and try to stay away from anyone who has junk food especially stores. Using natural living food is a better snack than using junk food as one. =)

Pick healthy snack foods over junkfood.
Stock your cupboards with popcorn and 100 calorie snacks.
Also your userpic looks familiar. Did you go to high school
in California?
