Maybe they meant she 'has one face', not one facial expression? 'Cos that's only from one episode and she only gets more expressive as the episodes go on!

I was talking about this with a friend yesterday and I feel like what people mean when they say Karen only has one expression or that she has no range is that she always looks kind of wide-eyed and pouty - but that's actually just what her face looks like. She has wide eyes and naturally pouty lips, you know - like, there's not a lot she can do about that.
