He was called away at one point to pose for the press, but he came back and asked "where was I? :D" and then he spotted the girls behind me and went all "ooh, are you the ____ fans?" (IDK, some location? maybe?) and they were so shocked he recognised them. *laughs!*
Your post just put Benedict Cumberbatch firmly in my "like" category. For him to do such blatant silliness unprompted with all of those cameras watching...awesome.
Yesssss. I am glad! MY WORK HERE IS DONE. :D :D :D
I'm lucky enough to have seen him interact with fans a few times now, but it wasn't until the last Cabin Pressure recording that he really won me over. His minders kept telling him he really had to go - but he kept going "five more minutes!", haha. <- basically this entry starts out quite sceptical but in the end I am all aZASjkdQSOUQOSsdlkdsld over him. I've always admired him for his acting skills... but augh, now I am 100% convinced he also happens to be a suuuuuper nice guy. *grin!*
Oh! LJ ping'ed when I mentioned your username publicly, didn't it? *side-eyes LJ!* I'm sorry... I forgot it does that. I just included it for completeness' sake auugh. =/
B-but, thank you for visiting & leaving a comment! It was indeed a very good trip. =)
LOL! LET ME INTRODUCE YOU TO EUROPEAN PORTIONS, BABEH. ;)
I don't know how the soy milk got so hot! :O I am already sort of used to the "warm water" at Chinese restaurants being more on the... err... boiling side of warm, b-but usually they're fine to sip at and can be drunk after you've finished your plate? Which is fine by me, because I've always been told not to drink DURING dinner - only after? BUT THIS TIME EVEN AFTER I FINISHED MY FOOD IT WAS STILL SUPER HOT. Seriously, still boiling? There was still steam coming off it half an hour later! X.x;
Not sure how it got melted to the table, though. wraithness tried to remove it for me, but I stopped her because I was honestly worried she's burn her fingers if some of the milk spilled out. So we had the waiter do it. *laughs!*
In the end they put in some ice cubes for me and that did the trick! ;) FINALLY MY SOY MILK. JEEEEEEEEZ.
